Our Office

As a licensed Dentist in Endwell, NY we work with our patients so they can achieve and maintain a beautiful smile and healthier gums and teeth. We take the time with our patients to explain their treatment options and inform them of additional preventative care. We feel this will lead to a more trusting doctor/patient relationship and, for many people, relieve the stress about seeing a dentist.

We have made making an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please give us one full business day notice, or if you will be delayed please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

Our office submits to a variety of different insurance carriers. Please call our office and our staff will help determine your dental benefit as estimated by your insurance carrier.

Our Extensive Continuing Education and State of the Art Technology

Dr. Giordano and his staff attend continuing education (CE) with great frequency. Dr. Giordano has more than 2000 hours of continuing education. More than 1000 hours of that are devoted to TMJ and Sleep Therapy. He is 1 of only 8 of the 13,000 NYS Dental Association members that have completed this impressive amount of CE. In fact, there are only 11 other members in the entire association that have completed more CE hours! Our entire staff regularly accrues CE to insure that our practice remains current with the state of the art technology. Our commitment to CE and to maintaining state of the art technology allows us to give patients the highest quality of dental care possible. It’s a commitment that we take very seriously.

Emergency Care

We understand how disconcerting and upsetting pain can be. With that in mind, we provide same-day emergency care for our patients. If you call our office after hours, there is always a phone number on our machine that allows you to reach the doctor. We will address and begin to resolve your pain immediately.

Flexible Financial Options

We understand that affording quality dental work can present a challenge for some people. We want to help you afford the quality dental care you deserve. We will help you choose a payment plan that best fits into your budget. Please do not ever hesitate to express your needs or concerns to our front desk administrators so they are able to help you in the best possible way.

Insurance Claim Filling

As a courtesy to our patients, we submit all medical and dental insurance claims. In addition, we will follow through on all claims that we submit on your behalf until they are resolved. It is our job to be your insurance advocate and get you the maximum insurance reimbursement you are owed!

Flexible Scheduling

We understand and respect the many demands on patients’ schedules. We also understand that our patients traveling from out of town might need extra assistance. Our staff will work with you to schedule necessary appointments within your schedule.
